Video is quite interesting. The 380 just pushed the Comair plane around
like a toy.

I guess this is exactly the sort of things people had been warning about
with very large planes using existing airports.

Could they develop some sort of collision avoidance system similar to
TCAS for ground operations ?

They have it. ASDE-X.
